Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?

What happens at the end of my trial?
Your account is paused — no charges, no data deletion. You can choose a paid tier, request an extension, or export your data.
Can I run ThinkingInfra in my own VPC?
Yes. The Enterprise tier supports private deployment within your AWS, GCP, or Azure VPC. The agent communicates outbound-only over TLS — no inbound firewall rules required.
How does the per-service pricing scale?
A "service" is any distinct monitored entity: a Kubernetes deployment, an RDS cluster, a Lambda function group, or an external API endpoint. Counts are sampled daily and averaged monthly.
Is ThinkingInfra SOC 2 certified?
Yes. ThinkingInfra holds a SOC 2 Type II report, updated annually. Enterprise customers receive a copy under NDA. ISO 27001 certification is in progress for Q3.
